Encourage and motivate the students to be active not only academically but also in community involvement.

 

Be fair and impartial in decision making processes while bearing in mind the interest of the students.

 

Be punctual and always prepared in making the necessary documents for a smooth process in the council.

 

Be methodical and accurate in recording all expenses and be transparent on financial matters of the council/ monitor all transactions of the student council.

 

Dutifully audit the financial statements and monitor the student council properties with competency

 

Secure all sponsorships needed in and out of the campus with resiliency and passion in work.

 

Deliver first-hand information and updates steadfast and coordinate with the CEAT students regarding their suggestions and concerns.

CEAT FRESHMEN ORIENTATION“EAT’s FrODay” Engineering, Architecture, and Technology Freshmen Orientation Day

This event is an assembly of the freshmen and/or transferees and with this we will ensure that all of them will be guided accordingly with the rules and policies of the University as the form themselves to be “True Lasallian Students”.

 

CEAT General Assembly“Let’s Volt’en”

All CEAT Students will be invited in this gathering wherein they will be given a chance to meet and to interact with students from different courses. This will promote a more meaningful companionship within the College while exhibiting their talents, skills and creativity.

 

CEAT Sports Fiesta 20.14

This is an event staged by the different courses in which they take part in competitive sporting activities.

 

CEAT Stallions

This will be a series of tryouts and trainings for the CEAT athletes in preparation for the university-wide sports fest.

* Camaraderie and unity will be promoted not only within the teams but also within the College through physical accompaniment and social sportsmanship.

 

Fridates with God

For every first Friday of the month, courses/blocks will be encouraged to attend and/or sponsor the scheduled mass. This aims to strengthen the spiritual relationship with God in accordance with the core values set by St. John Baptiste De La Salle.

 

Alumni Homecoming

This gathering aims to give back to the alumni/alumnae who brought honor and pride to the College.

 

CEAT Research Conference

Together with the CEAT Research Committee, headed by a CEAT Faculty, this is an event where the researchers especially the Thesis I and Thesis II students will be able to learn tips and will be guided in making their theses. Selected students will also be given a chance to present their own research. This aims to exemplify the knowledge of the students through research that would be beneficial to their future careers.

 

SCI-TECH Week In collaboration with the College of Science and Computer Studies

This is a week-long event where students can exhibit the students’ projects and they will be informed with the new trends and updates in Science and Technology through the seminar series. This will help them to fully utilize the technology at present and to encompass the relationship between Science and Technology will be achieved.

 

CEAT Recognition Day

Outstanding students and faculty members will be awarded for their labor and efforts not only in academics but also in the name of Service. This is not only to honor and recognition to the students and professors that work hard this school year but also to motivate the students to strive harder and to have passion for excellence.

 

CEAT Testimonial Dinner

The newly registered engineers are gathered into this event and their achievement be recognized as a sign of giving gratitude for making not only CEAT proud but also the university, DLSU-D.

 

Council of Class Officers Assembly 1 & 2

Class officers from different courses and section are being gathered to educate them fully with regards to their duties/roles and to develop their leadership skills. As there will be a database of officers, this will help in making information dissemination more systematic and steadfast. Teacher’s Month Tribute Different set of activities will be prepared for the faculty and staff members of CEAT to give them a day without stress, just fun and enjoyment for the CEAT professors who are working hard for their students’ benefits.

 

CEATSC/PC Leadership Training and Seminar “I’m EMPOWERED”

This is an off-campus event intended for newly elected program council officers wherein speakers are invited and a set of challenges are prepared in order to test their skills in order to build unity and strong fellowship among officers as they promote keen dedication in working as a student leader.
